Cornerstone/Branch/Covenant Picnic & Swim Event

When: Sat July 31st, 10am-2pm

Where: Avery Ranch Pavilion/Pool Austin, TX 78717

This Saturday the Community Event Team has organized a joint Cornerstone/Branch/Covenant Picnic & Swim Event. Come join us as we eat yummy food while we get to know others in the English Congregation better. An Evite has been sent out already so please let us know if you didn't receive it and would like to be added.

Bowling

When: Fri July 23rd, 7:30pm

Where: Highland Lanes, 8909 Burnet Rd

Join us this Friday as we go bowling over at Highland Lanes. Bring your friends as well! Even if you don't feel like bowling, we'd still like for you to come and hang out with the rest of us! An Evite will be sent out so please let us know if you haven't received it.

Sit and Be Fit Exercises Part Deux

When: Sat July 17th, 1:15pm

Where: Village at Collinwood Apartments

Lunch beforehand: @Schlotzsky's, 12 noon

This Saturday you will have another chance to join in as we help lead a short exercise program for the senior residents at the Village of Collinwood apartments near ACC! The exercise program begins at 1:30pm but please arrive by 1:15pm so we can be ready to start at 1:30pm. This is an opportunity for us to reach out, serve the needs of the community, and get to know those in the neighborhood around ACC while having fun at the same time. We hope that you will step out with us as we continue to learn together what it means to be a servant.

For those who want to join us for lunch beforehand we'll be meeting at Schlotzsky's (Parmer and I-35) at 12 noon.

Cornerstone Break

Cornerstone will be on a two week break and will reconvene on July 10th. We hope you enjoy the next couple of weeks with family and friends!

Field Day!

When: Sat June 19th, 10:00am

Where: ACC Carey (downstairs)

This Saturday we'll have some friendly competition with some outdoor games so bring your competitive spirit! Please wear tennis shoes as well.

Game Night

When: Fri June 11th, 7:30pm

Where: ACC Carey (downstairs)

Join us this Friday as we relax by playing cards, foosball, and board games. We'll have a few games but feel free to bring your own as well!
