Canoe-B-Que! with MSG

When: Sat June 5th, 10am-3pm

Where: Zilker Park

Are you ready for some fun in the sun? This Saturday we'll be going down to Zilker park for some kayaking/canoeing and bbq.

Part 1: Canoeing/Kayaking on Town Lake from 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.

-Meet at Zilker Park Boat Rentals http://www.zilkerboats.com @ 10:00 a.m.
-Park in the same lot that you would park in as if you were going to Barton Springs Pool. Parking is $3 per car so carpooling is encouraged!
-Boats will be $5 per person for 2 hours (normally $10/hr per boat but they offer buy one get one free coupons on the website)
-Please bring CASH as they do not accept credit cards
-Please wear clothing/shoes you don't mind getting wet (swimsuit, shirt/shorts, flip flops, etc.) and clothes to change into afterwards if you need. Make sure to also bring a towel and to wear lots of sunscreen!
-The rental store will provide life jackets

Part 2: BBQ afterwards at Zilker Park from 12:00-3:00 p.m.

-The small group will provide meat (burgers, hot dogs, buns, fixins, etc.) and drinks
-Please sign up to bring sides and/or dessert (chips, cookies, etc.)
-Please bring any park activity items that you'd like
